Morningstar is hiring candidates for the role of Compliance Analyst under its Compliance Shared Services team in Navi Mumbai.
Selected candidates will support global compliance processes and AML/KYC operations while working closely with international compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform AML/KYC due diligence checks
- Support compliance and risk management activities
- Monitor suspicious transactions and customer activities
- Use surveillance tools for compliance monitoring
- Prepare compliance and risk reports
- Assist in conflict of interest system activities
- Support training and learning management systems
- Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance process consistency
