Job Description:-

Wipro is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its B2B Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) campaign. The role primarily involves handling customer interactions and resolving queries efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer queries through calls, chats, and emails

  • Providing timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues

  • Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like customer satisfaction and response time

  • Building strong client understanding to resolve issues in the first interaction

  • Maintaining proper documentation and follow-ups for all queries

  • Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Identifying and supporting improvements in processes

  • Maintaining quality standards in all customer interactions

Eligibility and Skills:-

Educational Qualification

  • Graduates in B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc (except Stats/Maths/Eco Hons)
  • Full-time MBA, BE, B.Tech graduates with at least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Candidates from 2024 and 2025 graduating batches are eligible to apply.
  • This is an entry-level role, so freshers with 0 years of experience can apply.
  • Minimum 6 CGPA or 60% throughout academics.

Technical Skills Required

  • Very good written and spoken communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer usage
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

  • Must be comfortable working in 24×5 rotational shifts (US shifts)
