Job Overview:-

A software engineer with AI/ML expertise usually designs, develops and maintains software systems that include artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. These engineers not only write clean and efficient code but also build, train and deploy machine learning models that can learn from data and make predictions or decisions. The main process involves data preprocessing, model selection, training, evaluation and optimization and also integrating these models with real-world applications and API's. A software Engineer also debug issues, improve system performance, improve model performance by collaborating with teams like designers and testers and follow the best practices to ensure high-quality performance.

Job Description:-

The NatWest Group follows a hybrid work culture which helps the individuals work from both the office and their homes. This particular job role is based in India, and as such, all working days must be carried out in India.

Joining the NatWest Group as a software engineer will provide an opportunity for the individual to take on an exciting career challenge and build a wide network of stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.

In this role, you'll engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance and secure solutions. You'll also be working in permanent teams who are responsible for the full life cycle, from the initial stages of development , through training, enhancement and maintenance. It also includes designing, producing, testing and implementing the working code.

You'll also integrate API's for seamless data exchange between servers and also conduct research on the latest trends in AI/ML for staying up-to-date.

Eligibility and Skills:-

Eligibility:-

• 0 to 1 year of experience in software engineering or AI/ML.
• Background in software engineering with a B.Tech or M.Tech, preferably in AI/ML or software design degree.
• A background in solving highly complex, analytical and numerical problems.

Skills:-

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML concepts, including LR, deep learning, NLP, and Gen AI.
• Familiar with AWS services to deploy and manage the machine learning models.
• Experience of working with development and bug tracking tool.
• Familiar with Python libraries for data visualization like matplotlib and seaborn.
• Familiar with working with machine learning models like linear regression, logistic regression etc.
• Familiar to integrate already existing models into our model to improve the performance and working of our machine learning model.
