Job Description:-
Selected candidates will join as Analyst Trainee and may be aligned to one of the following domains:
1️⃣ IT & Integrated Smart Operations
You will work on database queries, CRUD operations, and stored procedures. The role involves preparing and executing test cases, resolving service tickets, and working with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
2️⃣ Multicloud
You will maintain computing environments, monitor production servers, and support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud platforms. The role requires incident management, adherence to SOPs, and ensuring compliance with customer security standards.
3️⃣ Digital Workplace Services
You will provide first-line technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, log service tickets, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in shift-based environments.
