Job Description:-
As an Associate Analyst – Automation Testing, you will contribute to software quality and test automation activities throughout the application development lifecycle.
You will work closely with development teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements, create test scenarios, automate test cases, identify defects, and support the delivery of high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business and functional requirements.
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Perform testing for web and API-based applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Work with developers and project stakeholders to resolve identified issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.
- Follow software testing standards and best practices.
- Learn and adopt new testing tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Contribute to improving automation and overall testing processes.
