About the Challenge

The Food for Thought Challenge invites students to reimagine how Swiggy can play a bigger role in campus life. It’s not just about ordering meals—it’s about making Swiggy the first choice for every food experience, from late-night study sessions and hostel bonding to fest after-parties and weekend hangouts.

Participants will work in teams of 2–4 to present innovative ideas that can transform the student food experience. The competition is open to all students across India, offering both learning and rewarding opportunities.

Challenge Structure

The competition has three main stages:

Registration (26 Sep – 08 Oct 2025)
- Sign up as a team of 2–4 students.
- Mandatory: Register for Swiggy’s Student Rewards to get ₹200 DineCash credited.
Case Submission (08 Oct – 18 Oct 2025)
- Teams submit their solutions to the case study via the official Swiggy portal.
- Top entries across campuses will be shortlisted for the presentation round.
Presentation Rounds I & II
- Shortlisted teams will present their ideas to a jury of Swiggy senior leaders.
- Showcase creativity, strategy, and the potential impact of your idea.

Eligibility

Open to all students.
Teams must have 2–4 members.
Must be registered on Swiggy’s Student Rewards program.

Rewards & Prizes

The Food for Thought Challenge offers a total prize pool of ₹12,00,000, including:

Winner: ₹1,50,000 + Pre-Placement Interview opportunities + interaction with senior Swiggy leaders.
First Runner Up: ₹50,000 + interaction with senior Swiggy leaders.
Top 50 Teams: DineCash worth ₹1,00,000.
Swiggy DineCash: ₹9,00,000 distributed among participants.
